I receive many letters from this women her name is Elena from kirov Russia she said she is a nurse

Till know she is not asking for money and by every letter she send me picture
What is remarkable that she write all her letters in my language in dutch
Not perfect dutch but it is readable.
For a Russian woman who can write dutch is a l;ittle bit suspicious
But she could learn the language of course, but I don’t thrust is that much
I’m aware she could be a scammer.
What is the best way to find out her real intentions
I include a letter its written in dutch with a picture
Do you recognize the picture for scamming?
Do you have some proof
